Agreement

These Terms of Service govern access to fulro.com and purchases from Fulro, operated by Hong Kong Changchuan International Trading Co., Limited. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the store. You must have legal capacity to enter a contract and provide accurate, current information.

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform used to operate the store. Shopify or a payment provider may apply separate terms to payment, account or accelerated-checkout features.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices, discounts, taxes, delivery charges and available payment methods are shown at checkout. We may correct obvious errors and may reject or cancel an order affected by a pricing mistake, suspected fraud, inventory issue, shipping restriction or unauthorized resale. If captured funds relate to a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be issued.

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt, not final acceptance. Acceptance occurs when the order is confirmed for fulfillment or shipped, subject to applicable law.

Products and availability

We aim to present descriptions, specifications, quantities, colors and images accurately. Screen settings, lighting, measurement methods and normal manufacturing variation can create differences. Availability and minor packaging details may change without notice.

Follow all supplied instructions, warnings and safe-use guidance. Stop using an item that appears damaged or unsafe.

General conditions and service changes

We may refuse service, limit quantities, restrict unauthorized resale, modify or discontinue store features, and change prices where permitted by law. Non-payment information may be transmitted across networks and adapted to technical requirements; complete card information is encrypted during transmission.

Store information may occasionally be incomplete, outdated or affected by typographical errors. We may correct product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability and, where permitted, update or cancel an affected order.

Third-party tools and links

Optional tools, content or links may be provided by third parties. They are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and their own terms and policies apply. Review those terms before using a third-party service or completing a transaction with it.

Comments and submissions

If you submit feedback, ideas or other content, you grant Fulro permission to use, edit, reproduce, publish, distribute and translate it without compensation, unless applicable law or a separate written agreement states otherwise. Submissions must be lawful, accurate, non-infringing and free of malicious code. We may remove unlawful or objectionable content.

Personal information submitted through the store is handled under our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not use the site for unlawful activity; infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights; harass or discriminate; submit false information; transmit malicious code; collect another person's data without authority; spam, phish, scrape or circumvent security; or otherwise interfere with the service. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach.

You may not reproduce, resell or exploit the service or site content without written permission. Site content is owned by Fulro or used with permission and remains protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Disclaimers, liability and indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free operation. Fulro is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss where such limitation is lawful.

You agree to indemnify Fulro and its affiliates, personnel and service providers against third-party claims reasonably arising from your breach of these terms, violation of law or infringement of another person's rights, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. If a provision is unenforceable, it is severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining terms continue to apply.

Termination, entire agreement and changes

You may stop using the service at any time. Fulro may suspend or terminate access for a suspected or actual breach, while obligations and liabilities that arose before termination continue where applicable.

These terms and the policies incorporated by reference form the agreement governing the service. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Governing law

As stated in the existing store terms, these terms and separate agreements for the service are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply in a customer's place of residence. We encourage customers to contact support first so concerns can be reviewed in good faith.
